All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Updates

Orders will be updated as soon as possible with tracking information once shipped. Please allow time for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
