All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our independent resale business, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed, except where required by applicable law or in cases of confirmed fulfillment error.


Condition & Product Disclosure

All items are sold as-is and as-described.

Products may show minor wear, manufacturing variations, or cosmetic imperfections consistent with resale and independent sourcing.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product condition, sizing, and details through descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur.


Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed all product images and descriptions

  • You accept the item’s stated condition

  • You understand the nature of resale purchases

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details before completing checkout.


Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Missing item

  • Verified fulfillment error

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
